Raa Middle School's first ever end-of-year trip for 7th-grade students is the beginning of a time-honored tradition. 

We, the 7th Grade team, share the responsibilty of ensuring a year full of exciting changes for both students and parents.  To that end, we would like to invite your student on the Raa Middle School Inaugural 7th Grade Explorers of Excellence Trip to Atlanta, Georgia on March 27-29, 2025.  The purpose of this 3-day educational and fun-filled trip is to reward those students who continually work hard to demonstrate commitment and dedication to academic success.  Students will be exposed to one of the finer cities in the state of Georgia.  Nearly seven million people visit Atlanta, Georgia each year, exploring such places as Stone Mountain of Georgia, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, Colleges and Universities such as Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Georgia Tech University and Moorehouse College, and The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center and Museum.  This solidifies Atlanta as one of the most appealing educational and recreational destinations in the South.  The students will culminate their tour of Atlanta with a chance to enjoy a wonderful day at Six Flags Amusement theme park.  We are excited to expose our Ram scholars to various cultures and historical landmarks.  Only 7th grade students who have successfully met all pre-determined academic criteria, exhibited outstanding school behavior, and have met all financial obligations, will be able to participate.
