To Get the Most Out of Your Chromebook
To get the most out of your new Chromebook, it is recommended that you install the office apps - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxSckSgcbDw
(Make sure that after it installs, you open Microsoft Word so that your OneDrive accounts populate, then you can move onto the next step, associating it by default)

Comcast/Xfinity is giving away two free months of internet service for low-income families who qualify, regularly priced at $9.95/month plus tax after that until they cancel. There is no contract so they can disconnect at any time without penalty. It's only for new customers, but existing customers have some additional perks and protections they're offering too.
CELL PHONE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES POLICY
Upon arrival on SCMS campus, student cell phones must be turned off and out of sight until 9:25AM. Beginning at 9:25AM until the last bell rings at 3:50PM, all student cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off and stored in lockers unless permitted for use by the administration or teacher for instructional purposes.
