IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In accordance with HB 1069 (2023), Leon County Scnool Board has approved the attached process for those parents that would like to limit their child's access to media center and classroom libraries.
Only parents that want to limit their child's access through Parent/guardian Permission will need to complete the FOCUS form
LCS plans to open Media Centers for student check out on Monday, August 14th. If you plan to limit your child's access please complete the form as soon as possible. Please click the link below to access directions for completing the form in FOCUS.

SCMS has a long-standing history of educating EVERY student on campus about the signs, dangers and consequences of bullying each year through classroom instruction. This instruction first took place in the beginning of the 2015-16 school year.
