Mrs. Andreka Baker

  • It is indeed an honor to serve as Assistant Principal of Administration at R. Frank Nims Middle School. My goal as assistant principal, is to help maintain an inclusive, safe, student-focused learning environment. I am committed to supporting students in all aspects of their lives, serving as a resource for students, and assisting in their development as successful individuals. I began my teaching career in 2001, in Gadsden County Public Schools as a Language Arts teacher. Since that time, I have served in several different capacities as an educator. My career in Leon County Public Schools began in March 2014 as a resource teacher. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the illustrious Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (2001), and my Master of Education Degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University (2011).
