MUSTANG SPIRIT
Mustang Motto- Today I will be involved in learning.
- No one can do that for me-I must do it for myself.
- I will share my knowledge in the way I help,
- In the way I work, and in the way I act.
School Colors
Moore’s school colors are green and yellow. School "color day" is Friday. Everyone is encouraged to wear this day to show their school pride.School Mascot
The mustang horse is W.T. Moore’s mascot. The mustang was a strong, small horse that was the earliest and favorite horse used by the American cowboys. The mustangs were smaller than average horses, but had greater endurance. They were very smart horses and were highly valued by the cowboy, whose most precious possession in frontier days was his horse. A cowboy’s horse not only served as his means of transportation, but also was responsible for keeping him safe on often treacherous trails and was essential in helping him make a living as a cowhand.W.T. Moore students are proud to be called “mustangs!” They are also smaller than some other people, but are known to be strong and smart. Each day they are learning new things which will help them to be safe and successful on the trails of life.

I know a place where I’m greeted with a smile,
A place where it’s fun to be,
A place where people care ad share,
And bring out the best in me.
This...is a place that makes me proud,
That make me want to roar
And I will say its name out,
It’s W.T. Moore!
Mustangs love to work and play,
You find we always lead the way,
Kids, parents, and teachers together,
All united to make Moore better.
Moore is place to learn and grow,
In many different ways,
No matter where I go from here,
I’ll remember my Mustang Days!
Mustangs love to work and play,
You find we always lead the way,
Kids, parents, and teachers together,
All united to make Moore better.
W.T. Moore (What’s the place?)
W.T. Moore (That’s the place!)
W.T. Moore!
