I was born and raised in Tallahassee.  I attended Astoria Park, Springwood, Griffin, and graduated from Godby high school in 1996.  I attended Tallahassee Community College and then transferred to Florida State where I earned my bachelors and masters degree in special education.  All of my teaching experience has been at Canopy Oaks, even my internship.  

I am married to my high school sweetheart Scott (we were actually in the same second grade class at Astoria Park) and we have one son, Quintus.  I enjoy being outdoors, and camping with my family.  I LOVE Florida State football!!!  I look forward to having a wonderful school year.
