Dear Cub families and student athletes,

There are a few items that are required to participate in Cobb sports:

1. A Physical Form turned in to Coach O'Banner. This requires a doctor's visit. (PDF form available on the right side of this page.)

2. An Activity Form turned in to Coach O'Banner. (PDF form available on the right side of this page.)

3. A 2.0 GPA is necessary to qualify for participation in any sports.

4. Each individual sport may require specific equipment (attire, shoes, water bottle, etc). No Cub will be turned away from participation in sports due to financial hardship. Please reach out to us to discuss scholarship options. (obannerr@leonschools.net)
