    Parents,

     The pinatas were amazing!!!!!  I hope that everyone had fun creating them!  Thank you for taking your time to help with the assignments.  I do not want any of the assignment to be stressful in anyway, so please feel free to give me any feedback. I am here to work with you every step of the way.  My office hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 1:00 - 3:00.  

     

    1st - 3rd Grades (May 11 - May 15)

    This week you will design and build a beach chair that can hold a doll.  The chair and doll can be any size you wish. You may use any items from your home or from outside in your creation.  You may work alone or with your family members.  Remember to think like an inventor, be a problem solver, use your imagination, have fun and be creative!  Make sure you take a picture and email it to me!  My email is ritzels@leonschools.net  We will present our projects during our Zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 20th.  I can't wait to see what you create!

     

    4th - 5th Grades (May 11 - May 15)

    This week you will read the passage "Where is the Tallest Lighthouse?" then answer the comprehension quesitons.  Your challenge for the week is to design and create a lighhouse!  You may use any items from your home or from outside in your creation.  You may work alone or with your family members.  Remember to think like an inventor, be a problem solver, use your imagination, have fun and be creative!  Make sure you take a picture and email it to me!  My email is ritzels@leonschools.net  We will present our projects during our Zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 20th.  I can't wait to see what you create!
