Mrs. Keyvette Pendleton Jones
Mrs. Jones is originally from Gadsden County, but is a product of Leon County Schools. She is a graduate of The James S. Rickards High School, and The Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She is also a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction, having a concentration in Instructional Technology.
Mrs. Jones currently holds a Florida Professional Teaching Certificate in the area of Elementary Education (grades 1st-6th), with endorsements in Reading, ESOL, and Gifted Education. This is her 26th year as a classroom teacher! She has experience teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. Mrs. Jones has taught in Jacksonville, Atlanta and Tallahassee.
She is a very family and community centered person. She spends lots of time with her family and is very active in her church and community. She also has a love for educating and believes that it is her job to help each student reach his or her greatest potential while in her care!
