I have been teaching for over 17 years. I began my teaching career in Boston, Massachusetts as a Second Grade Bilingual Trasitional teacher.

         Eventhough, I have taught in two very different states one thing is certain; every child has the potential to succeed and become a woman or a man of greatness. This can only be acheived when we team up to motivate and encourage your child even when the lesson is a difficult lesson.

         It is my intention to ensure that your child believes and feels that s/he can succeed when s/he is in my classroom even if virtual. I only ask that you, the parent, stay on top of the events taking place in class. If at any time you have any concerns with  classwork or assessments or just need to "check in on your child" please contact me via the school email or a phone call.

         During the school year I have conducted conferences every semester. Therefore, having the classes virtually should not interfere with our communication. Even in this learning format you will know how your child is performing well before the end of the nine weeks are up and report cards are sent home.
