  • School Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.
    Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. - 8:25 a.m.
    Supervision Hours: 7:45 a.m - 3:15 p.m.

  • SAC / PTO Meetings - The next School Advisory Council and Parent / Teacher Organization meetings will take place in-person in the media center on Thursday, January 9, beginning at 5:30pm.

    If you are unable to attend in person and prefer to attend virtually via Teams, please provide your teacher with an email address. A link will be emailed to you.

  • 21st Century Program Registration - We are thrilled to announce open enrollment for Ruediger’s 21st Century Afterschool Program. Roadrunners in rising grades 3rd through 5th are welcome, but spots are limited! Our program is filled with academics and fun enrichment to keep your student engaged! Keep up with homework and enjoy some extra time with a teacher. Click here for more information. Please  download and submit a registration form to be placed on the waiting list.   • Attendance Info - Anytime a student is absent from school or if you have an attendance-related issue, please email resoffice@leonschools.net.

  • Procedures for Dismissal Changes - All changes in dismissal need to be requested in writing by 1pm on the date of the change via email to resoffice@leonschools.net. Please describe in detail: child's name, teacher's name, normal method of transportation, new method of transportation, and the effective dates. Transportation changes will not be taken after 1:00pm.

  • Early Check-Out - If you must check out your child(ren) before the regularly scheduled dismissal at 2:50pm, you will need to arrive before 2:15pm. To help ensure students' safety, we will not be able to check out students between 2:15pm and dismissal at 2:50pm. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • ID Badges & Car Tags - All visitors are required to have an ID badge on at all times while on campus. Please bring your Driver’s License to be scanned. 
    In addition, you need to have the car tag, be on the student's pick-up list, and be in our system to pick up a child.

  • Box Tops for Education - Have you downloaded the Box Tops For Education app yet? If you haven’t, you may be missing out on an opportunity to help your school and win a prize. Throughout February, we will be holding a membership drive. We will be entering all parents that are signed up for BT4E into a drawing for a Publix gift card. The parent with the most submissions will be awarded a gift basket. Don’t delay get enrolled today.

    Welcome to the Ruediger Elementary website. Please know that your child's safety and that of our faculty and staff are our top priority. During these uncertain times, I hope you will check back here often for important announcements and other great resources for you and your children. We also encourage you to click here to view how to stay connected, so you will receive the latest news right away. Our school community is here for our students and their families.

    Mentors, vendors, and volunteers are allowed on campus as long as they are serving an educational service.

    Main Office hours for Ruediger Elementary School are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
