Menus and Meal Prices

  • Our District participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs, allowing us to serve affordable and healthy meals to our students. Our meals meet strict sodium, calorie, and saturated fat standards. Our goal is to provide nutritious and tasty meals that include a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat milk options, lean proteins, and whole grains.

We are currently experiencing menu challenges resulting from the COVID-19 supply chain disruptions. Even with these challenges, our staff is working hard to provide hot, healthy, and tasty food for our students!

*The waiver extended by the US Department of Agriculture allowing school districts to offer free meals to all students has expired. Because of this, Leon County Schools will be returning to normal program operations for the 2022-2023 school year. Most schools in Leon County will be eligible for free meals under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), while others will return to a student meal benefit application program. The District now publishes our menus on SchoolCafe (linked below). SchoolCafe allows parents to review details such as ingredients, nutritional information, and potential allergens.
