Project Management is responsible for the general management and support of the District’s real property assets. It provides facilities based on growth projections, develops capital investment programs and manages the planning, design and construction of capital projects. The Project Management office implements the District’s capital development program consisting of facility planning, programming, design and construction.
The department responds to school priorities and addresses the most pressing needs in the District. Department staff integrates a diverse extended team to deliver full functioning educational facilities. Emphasis is placed on delivering projects safely, on time and under budget that meet or exceed LCS standards.
