  • Parent Portal - Make sure you sign up for a Parent Portal account. This is the best way to keep your student's information current with the school and gives you access to important school information. Please see the teacher, registrar or an administrator to get your initial access to an account. This will be a much easier way to give the school information and you won't have to complete numerous forms by hand!

Celebrating 50+ years of EXCEPTIONAL Instruction for Students!

    2023-2024

Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year!  This is our 52nd  EXCEPTIONAL year as a school!  We have lots to celebrate!
Our theme this year is: Everhart has GAME!  You will find that our staff are Game Changers!  Get in the Game!

We recognize that this year may continue to have challenges for us all.  We want to provide support to you and your child as we provide instruction to students.   Teachers and staff will continue to provide instruction based on the individualized needs of each of the students.

We are puttling into place a number of practices that will help us all stay safe and well.  Please look at the link on this page: Safety Considerations at Gretchen Everhart School, for a listing of those items.   We will ask all parents who drop off and pick up their child to wait outside the front office  and a staff member will come to assist you with your child.

We have put additional supplemental materials that you can use to provide meaningful, engaging and fun instruction on our website. You can find these printable materials under the Parents & Students tab on the Everhart website.

In addition, you can also use the following links off of our website:
Homework Calendar - an activity for each day of the month that reinforces skills
Tumblebooks - go to the Technology tab on our website and click on the Student Tech Links.  Username: GES  Password: 0506READ

We ask that you do what you can to help keep your child learning and engaged.  Setting up a routine with your child and using visual reminders about that schedule and trying to stick with it (to include break times) will help.  We know this is a challenge for us all but we have each other.  We can do this!  It is going to be "Owlright"

We truly have Owlmazing students and staff that are Super Heroes!

If your family is in of need assistance from social services, please contact us here at the school so that we can get guidance from our social worker to help you.

What is MOST important to us is your well-being.  Education is important but so is your health, well-being and emotional health. If we can be of any assistance to you and your family, please let us know.

    -with LOVE
