Dr. Delmae Darling is a Mathematics teacher at Griffin Middle School, where she teaches 7th Grade Mathematics and 8th Grade Pre-Algebra. Dr. Darling obtained her PhD from Florida State University in the field of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies (2015). She received her Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Florida (1995) and Master's in Special Education from University of South Florida (2000). She also has over 15 years of teaching experience ranging from K-12 to the university level. She has demonstrated her dedication and commitment to the field of education by giving back  to the community in various ways. Currently, she is coaching volleyball and basketball. She firmly believes "it takes a village to raise a child." This is her life's passion.
