Asset Tracking and Management System

 

The Office of Instructional Technology supports the district's One-to-One initiative. The Asset Tracking and Management System provides district staff with a platform to assign, retrieve and maintain our Chromebook inventory. Designated staff have a quick view of assets on the main dashboard. ATMS syncs with the Google console, providing detailed user information to school technology coordinators. In addition, workflows, reports and information may be updated, retrieved and printed as needed. The ATMS web-based application is our record of the distribution and flow of our Chromebooks, which provide an invaluable technological resource for our schools and students.
