Locker clean-out and collection of materials

 Monday June 1, Buildings 3 and 5 – Building 5 should enter through the main gates and Building 3 should enter through the doors from the parent pick-up parking lot.

 Only the students should enter the building for the clean-out

  • Every student should wear a mask while on campus
  • Every student should bring a bag large to empty the entire content of their lockers
  • No trash should be left behind
  • No more than 10 students will be allowed in a hallway at one time
  • Students should leave their locks on their lockers with the combination labeled on them (labels will be provided but please bring your own pen)
  • Students should not have any physical contact with one another and should remain at least 6 feet apart.
  • This is not the time for students to have social visits.  We are asking for them to move quickly and efficiently so we can accommodate everyone during their designated time slots.

 6th grade students who were scheduled to go on the Wild Adventures field trip, your bag and t-shirt will be labeled and in the 6th grade hallway near your locker.  Please take these items with you.

 After cleaning out hallway lockers, students will then proceed to the gym if they have PE lockers to clean out. Students will enter the locker room through the back doors of the gym hallway and exit through the front locker room doors.

  Students, if you do not remember your locker number or combination, please e-mail your 1st period teacher before coming on campus.  THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT SCHOOL ON THE DAY OF CLEANOUT.

 Material Return:

 Carts will be placed in each hallway to return textbooks.

 Band instruments and uniforms should be clearly labeled and placed outside of Building 2.

 Any sports uniforms should be returned to the designated table in each hallway.

 Any media center books should be placed in the designated container in each hallway.

 It is very important for all of these procedures to be followed in order to keep everyone safe.

 If you cannot make it during your scheduled time, please call or e-mail to arrange for an appointment to come it.

 Any items left in lockers after June 19 will be thrown away.
