Leon County Schools Academic Services Announces the Elementary (K-5) Social Studies Adoption Committee Recommendation

The LCS Adoption Committee, composed of educators and parents, recommends Gallopade's Florida Social Studies, 1st Edition

To conclude the adoption process, LCS invites all interested stakeholders to participate in the public review period which will run from April 25, 2023 until the date of a public hearing to be held at the May 22, 2023 LCS School Board Meeting. The final vote on adoption will then be held at the June 20, 2023, school board meeting.
