COCA News: Winners selected for City's Winter Festival

For more than 25 years, the Council on Culture & Arts has partnered with the City of Tallahassee’s Parks and Recreation Department to present two annual art exhibitions in conjunction with City's Winter Festival.

The 2018 Winter Festival Youth Art exhibition is on display through Jan. 28, 2019 at the City Hall Art Gallery. It showcases youthful talent through more than 70 pieces of K-12 student artwork.

COCA congratulates all of the artists selected to exhibit their work in the show and we're pleased to announce the award winners.
