An applicant’s name showing in the “Direct – In Process” category is still eligible to be interviewed. However, a job offer cannot be made until the applicant’s application has been qualified and moved to “Direct – Qualified”.If a site administrator is interested in making a job offer to an applicant within “Direct – In Process”, it is the responsibility of the site administrator to contact the appropriate area in HR for the application to be reviewed for qualifying.
Applicants should monitor their “To Do” List for items needing their attention.
