Transcripts are available for current seniors and graduates who graduated from Lincoln HS within the previous three school years. Transcript requests MUST be submitted in writing as indicated below.
Current Seniors can complete the form and turn it in to the Registrar’s office located in the main office. There is a basket to place the forms in. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Please do not request a transcript until you have completed your application. Please note: If you do not need an official transcript to complete college applications, you only need a working copy and this can be picked up from guidance. The Request Forms are available using the link to the left, or from the main office.
Graduates (within the past three years):
Graduates who graduated within the previous three school years must submit a transcript request via email. The email needs to include your gradation year, full name, and college/university that your transcript will be going to. Colleges/Universities within the state of Florida will receive your transcript electronically, for other institutions you will need to come by and pick up a sealed official copy. Records requests should be emailed to email@example.com. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
Graduates who graduated prior to the previous three years will need to contact the Leon County Student Records office at 850-561-8475.
Please note the following regarding your transcript.
- Test Scores are not included on transcripts. Many colleges/universities require scores to be sent through the test centers for ACT or College Board.
- Electronic Transcripts take approximately two weeks to show up as received on the student’s application page. Requests sent near deadlines could take up to 15 business days.
