If you are in Grades 3rd-5th please visit my "Important Documents" tab for your May workout activities! The workout is called "A Deck of Cards Fitness Workout." Whatever card you pull from the deck-that is the activity you will do. If you don't have a deck of cards-you may choose your activity and rotate through each suit. There is also a file with a link to instructional sports skills videos if you are interested.
