*Supply Drop-off and Meet the Teacher:

On Wednesdsay August 26th from 8:00am - 9:00am, parents and students will have the opportunity to drive through the Kate Sullivan car pickup to drop off school supplies. I will be there to take supplies and meet students with social distancing protocols in place. If you are unable to make it, simply place your child's supplies in his/her backpack on the first day of school in a bag labelled with first and last name. Thank you! 

Directions: 

      -Once in the car pickup, find/park in front of the sign that says "Mrs. Schaffner" 

      -I will be standing by the sign ready to meet each student! 

      -Parents, you will see a bucket on the ground under the sign. Please feel free to exit your car (with a mask) and place supplies in the bucket. Please have all supplies in a bag of your choosing, making sure it is clearly labelled on the outside of the bag with your child's first and last name. Then, pick up a blue folder with your child's lanyard and Orientation information. You may then return to your car.

      -Roll your windows down so your child and I can meet each other! I  will also be able to answer any quick questions you may have. I will be wearing a mask for protection, however I may step 6 feet away from the car to take my mask off. This will help your child see my face and feel less nervous about meeting me.

                                               *Virtual Orientation 

On Thursday August 27th at 2:00pm we will be having our virtual orientation through Zoom. This will be a time for us to discuss the orientation packet (located in the Orientation Information page) and answer any questions you may have. This meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the same Orientation Information page if you are unable to make it during that time. 

Zoom information will be emailed out using the email we have on file through Focus by Wednesday August 26th. Please keep an eye out for this email, and let me know if you do not receive it so I can get you the information correctly.
