    Submit Magnet Program School Choice Application for Cobb Middle School by logging into yourchild's LCS FOCUS Parent Portal account. Click on "My Child" then "School Choice" and choose “Cobb Magnet” as your first choice.

    Part 2:  Complete the Student Essay

    Submit the Student Essay to Cobb Middle School via email, US Mail, or drop-off.

    Part 3: Teacher Recommendation

    Give a Teacher Recommendation Form (pdf) to your child’s current teacher to complete and submit. Forms may be submitted directly by the teacher via interschool mail, Microsoft Forms (http://bit.ly/CobbTchrRec) or email (cobbmagnet@leonschools.net).


    Transfer to Cobb Middle school will occur only upon acceptance into the Magnet Program, the execution of the Admission Agreement, and the approval of the Leon County Schools Reassignment Committee.
