In this lesson, students will learn how to create and format a new document using various menu, toolbar and keyboard techniques. Students will also learn how to customize content using page setup and printing options.
Lesson 3: Working with Images & Shapes in Documents
In this lesson, students will learn how to insert images and shapes into a word-processing document to enhance its appearance. Students will use the document they created in a Lesson 2 activity to practice adding images.
Lesson 4: Structuring Text Content in Documents
This lesson focuses on incorporating text structures such as columns, lists and tables in word-processing documents. Students will use formatting tools in a document to create and format text content to make it easier for their audience to read and understand.
Lesson 5: Revising & Collaborating on Documents
In this lesson, students will share and edit documents using collaborative editing tools and various features in the OneDrive and Google Drive interfaces.
