I'm an FSU graduate with an MA in multilingual/multicultural Education.  I have been teaching since 2000, and at Godby since 2011. I'm originally from Jamaica but I think of myself as a citizen of the universe. I love to learn about other languages and cultures. Fortunately, my students have given me a rich education. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for my students and to equip them with skills to navigate the English language and the culture of their school and community. I'm married with four children and a dog. When I'm not teaching, I'm either reading or tinkering in my garden.
