To Subscribe or Unsubscribe to a list:

1. Go to the listserv homepage

2. Select a list

3. Select Subscribe or Unsubscribe on the right hand side

To create a message

1. Open Outlook in Office 365

2. Paste listserv email address in the TO field

3. Create your message and press send

4. Check Archives to verify that message was sent.
