• Dear Parents/Grandparents/Guardians,

         The following are the times during the school year that I will initiate formal contact with you concerning
    your child's present level of communication and progress:

            1) At your child's initial staffing into the Speech and/or Language Impaired Program.

           2) Monthly with general speech and/or language homework practice calendars.

           3) At the end of every 9 weeks when I send home progress reports with the report cards.

           4) Throughout the year when homework is sent home specifically for your children as they become ready.

           5) Yearly at your child's IEP conference review.

           6) At the time your child is due for a 3 year re-evaluation determination.
           7) When your child is ready for consideration for dismissal from the Speech and/or Language Impaired Program. 
           8) As needed if behavioral issues arise during therapy that are not simply handled.
