Kathy Jacobsen -

I have been a Guidance Counselor with Leon County Schools for 28 years.  I worked at W.T. Moore for 11 years prior to coming to Roberts in 2001, the year that the school opened. 

On a personal note, I have been married to Krist for 28 years and have 3 amazing chidlren!  I have two sons, Connor, who is 25, works as a computer engineer in San Franciso and Ryan, who is 22, attends University of Florida.  My youngest child, Caroline, is a freshman at Duke where she plays softball for the Blue Devils.  In my spare time I love to go to the beach, read, travel to see my kids and work out.

Ashley Mayo -

This is my 10th year as a School Counselor in Leon County; 6 years at the High School level, and headed into my fourth year at the Primary level.  I truly enjoy students of any age, but have enjoyed the learning and growing that has taken place, with the new practices and roles I've experienced through changing from secondary to primary.  I love helping students work through challenges in life in and outside of school, and seeing them grow and pick up tools they will use thorughout life.

In my spare time, I love to be active, whether it's running, yoga, etc.  I also enjoy traveling, and have been able to visit the Great Wall of China and the Great Barrier reef- amazing sites I will never forget!  While traveling is a passion, I always love coming back to Tallahassee, and spending time with my husband, Clint, and our golden retriever, Maverick (aka Mav Dog).
