Hello to all Moore mustangs of all ages.  I have been the music teacher at Moore for 31 years, and I love teaching children to love music.  I am originally from a small town in East Tennessee, and moved to Tallahassee to attend graduate school at FSU.  My degrees are in piano pedagogy, music therapy, and music education.  I have 3 children who are amazing young adults, and they are also Moore mustangs.  My oldest son is married and lives in Ashevillle, North Carolina.  My middle son is married and lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.  My daughter is our youngest and she is an ER nurse at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL.  All of my children enjoy making music. My husband and I have an "empty nest" and live out in the country.  I love music, reading, gardening, and crafting.  My favorite place to be is in the mountains.  And oh yes -  I love children.
