Hi! I am Mrs. Doss and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year. I have been teaching here at Roberts since 2010. I absolutely love teaching! I am truly blessed to be at Roberts and work with such wonderful parents and students. 

On a personal note, I was born in the home where my parents lived in Quincy, Florida.  We moved to Tallahassee when I was very young and this has been my home ever since. I met my sweet husband in 2001, and a few years later he proposed to me in the very room I was born in.  We were married in the spring of 2006!  He is the Music Director at City Church, and he is a very talented musician and singer. We have a Siberian Husky named Tanner who is a ball of energy.  I am the proud aunt of several nieces and nephews, and I get the pleasure to see most of them every day right here at Roberts!  I am also blessed to work alongside my sister, Mrs. Davidson, who teaches fifth grade here.  My family, and spending time together, is very important to me. I really enjoy spending time on or near the water, and kayaking is one of my favorite activities to do with my husband and family. I love to read, cook and find doing puzzles a major stress reliever. I am a big FSU football fan as well! 

I love teaching third grade!  It is a big year both academically and socially.  Our goal this year is to become independent learners.  I look forward to working with you to help your child reach their full potential this year!
