Mrs. M. Anderson
Hello and welcome to my website!
Here is a little background information about me. I have a precious baby boy who is joy of my life. His name is Anthony Jr, but we call him "Ace". I am a Seminole, born and raised in gator country! I am a graduate of Chiefland High School (Go Indians!!!). I graduated from Central Florida Community College with an Associates of Arts degree in education; I was also a member of the girls’ softball team for one year and the girls’ basketball team for two years. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Florida State University. While at Florida State, I had the opportunity to complete my student teaching assignment in Plymouth, England. After teaching for a couple of years, I went back to Walden University where I received my Masters in Educational Leadership. I was the 2014-15 Glenn Howell Distinguished Educator of the Year at Montford Middle School. I currently serve as the FCA sponsor, spirit squad sponsor, the girls’ basketball coach and the athletics/activities director.
I believe each child deserves the opportunity to bring forth his or her unique talents to the world. I believe that each student has the ability to thrive in this world and become a productive citizen and an asset to the people and institutions they serve.
