After graduating from high school in Jacksonville, FL, I enlisted in the US Air Force. I was stationed in Wyoming where I worked primarily as a Nuclear Weapons Mechanic for six years. After my commitment was finished, I moved to Tallahassee to study Social Sciences & Education at Florida State University. I graduated cum laude in 2014 and began teaching at Lincoln High School.
