Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through a contract with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. The service provides offsite, confidential assistance to our employees and their families to help them cope with personal and work issues.
EAP provides assistance through:
- Confidential in-person and telephone assessment
- Short-term counseling
- Wellness education
- Information and referral
EAP can help with issues related, but not limited, to:
- Stress
- Family and marital problems
- Depression
- Time and stress management
- Anxiety
- Finances
- Health
- Work-related concerns
- Alcohol and drug related problems
